Logfile: /Users/user/Library/Logs/runMacOSVirtualbox. No matter what I do I always get this: : command not foundx.sh: line 13: I've tried downloading the scripts folder directly from the source on GitHub, but nothing changes. Copy FakeSMC.kext and any other extra necessary kexts to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/. Open Clover configuration folder on the root of your system drive or EFI Partition using EFI Mounter v3. Update your existing Clover install to version r4910 or higher using MultiBeast or official Clover package. Somewhere in the process I have to type this into the macOS terminal: cd desktop/macoscatalinavirtualbox Guide: Update Directly to macOS Catalina 1. If you haven't updated since then, you should be sure to update as soon as you can to keep your computer safe. The tutorial tells us to name the folder like this: macoscatalinavirtualbox and to save it on the desktop. So I I followed the steps in the tutorial, but I was unable to finish the installation with success.

I've downloaded Catalina Patcher (and made the process to get the image file to aplications folder), and everything else from the site (VirtualBox, the extension pack, etc…)

I was searching, and I found this blog post: “ Install and run macOS Catalina on High Sierra using VirtualBox” Upgrading from an older version of macOS If you’re running any release from macOS 10.13 to 10.9, you can upgrade to macOS Big Sur from the App Store. Click Upgrade Now and follow the onscreen instructions. I was trying to install macOS Catalina on latest version of VirtualBox, hosting it on a Mac running macOS High Sierra (10.13.6). Upgrading from macOS Catalina 10.15 or Mojave 10.14 Go to Software Update in System Preferences to find macOS Big Sur.
